If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
To return, log in to your account on the website. From there you will see your purchase history and can request a return. Once the return request has been submitted, we'll send you an email with detailed return instructions.
If you did not create an account during checkout, you can create an account using the original email address used when ordering. Once the account has been created, your order history should be completed at this point. If you are having trouble locating your order or submitting a return request, please contact our customer service team immediately.
All returns MUST be stamped on the 5th business day following acceptance of the return. Any return of mail marked after the deadline may be rejected and returned to you at your expense. All costs incurred by the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to insure the package for its full value as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All returned items will undergo a detailed inspection upon receipt to ensure the following:
Items must be returned in the original condition they were sold in
Items must be free from scratches, stains, marks or other damage
All tags, including tampering/non-removable tags, MUST be attached to the item(s)
All branded accessories including but not limited to: display box, polishing cloth and papers must be returned.
Items must not have been altered, adjusted in length or size by another jeweler.
If a package is "returned to sender" due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided to us when placing an order, an additional will be deducted from the total refund.
If any of the above criteria are not met, a restocking fee will be charged for the refund. All restocking costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
It is essential that all returned orders are subject to an open return request prior to shipment. If no return request has been made and an order is returned without an RMA number, the return process will be delayed.
In all refund cases, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes all upgraded shipping methods purchased by a customer and "Free Shipping" methods.
Free delivery charges deducted from refunds:
A $10 shipping fee will be deducted for any order where the total item price is less than $250
A $15 shipping fee will be deducted for any order where the total item price exceeds $250
If an order has been returned to the sender, a "return to sender" fee will be deducted from the refund based on the shipping cost.
Please note that any shipping insurance purchased through Route.com during checkout is NOT refundable as it is a service provided on the original shipment.

* Expedited shipping charges paid at time of order are non-refundable. These charges are used to pay the carrier for their services and are non-refundable.
**For all orders that have used Sezzle or other financing options at checkout, an automatic 10% service fee will be deducted from the total refund.
*** For all orders where PayPal or credit/debit card was used at checkout, a 5% service charge will be automatically deducted from the total refund.
****Once an order has been placed and you wish to cancel it before shipment, a 10% service fee will be deducted from the refund as the processing fee is non-refundable.
***** P'Jani Diamonds reserves the right to refuse or reject any returned item that does not meet the requirements listed above. Such refused returns will be returned to the customer at buyer's expense.
****** All cases and controversies involving purchases or transactions with P'Jani Diamonds MUST be brought to Fulton County, Georgia.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer service directly. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
All canceled orders will be charged a 10% service charge, which will be deducted from the order total. These fees are intended to cover processing costs that are non-refundable.
If your order is not approved by our securities team, you will receive an email and the order will be canceled immediately.
P'Jani Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any orders. This includes, but is not limited to, price or other errors in the item purchased.
