Payment:

  • What Forms of Payments are Accepted?

We accept all major US Credit Cards along with a few third-party financing options. We are partnered with Sezzle to offer all our customers different financing options that suites them. For Financing options, please visit our Financing Page.

  • Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?

P'Jani Diamonds is obligated and required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses located in Georgia, United States. Please consult your state’s tax laws for more information on which purchases are subject to sales tax.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, P'Jani Diamonds ensures that all purchases are secure. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

  • What is the CC Security Code?

The CC security code is a 3- or 4-digit number that is displayed on a credit card. On MasterCard and Visa cards, this code appears above the signature on the back, Discover and American Express cards have this number on the top right of the front.

  • My payment was declined, what should I do?

P'Jani Diamonds offers multiple payment options. In case your payment was declined, we suggest that you use an alternative payment method.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

No. Currently, we aren't offering gift cards.

  • Do you accept payment through installments?

Yes. P'Jani Diamonds offers Easy Pay installment options. You can shop now and pay in 4 interest-free weekly installments. For Financing options, please visit our Financing Page.

 

Orders:

  • Can I order by phone?

No, currently we only have Website Order Mechanism

  • Can I combine multiple coupons/discounts/free gifts on my order?

No, multiple coupons/discounts/free gifts cannot be combined for a single order.

  • How do I know if you received my order?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a unique order number on the success page.

  • Do I need to apply the coupon to get a discount during checkout?

The coupon is auto applied at checkout if available. However, currently we are not offering any Coupons.

  • How is my order packaged?

All our orders are shipped in secure, non-discrete packages. (*)

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, along with the tracking number and carrier details. You may track your package on the carrier's website.

We use several major carriers including USPS,UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • What if I need help placing an order?

  • Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer service directly. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

All canceled orders will be charged a 10% service charge, which will be deducted from the order total. These fees are intended to cover processing costs that are non-refundable.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do offer gift wrapping. However, each product comes in a very appealing packaging that is ideal for gifting.

  • When will the funds be back in my account after I've canceled an order?

When you place an order, the funds are reserved for us. But we do not charge until the item is shipped.

If you cancel your order, we don't charge the money. However, it may take up to 3-10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

  • I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We apologize for the missing item.

However, before contacting our customer service team, we recommend the following steps:

1. Items may have been sent to you in separate packages. Please check your emails if we have notified you about the same.

2. You can also log on to ‘Track Your Order’ and check if your order has been separated into multiple packages.

Shipping and delivery:

  • What is the cost of shipping? Are the shipments insured?

P'Jani Diamonds offers FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders. We ship international orders over $500 for FREE. For more shipping options, please click here.

All shipments are insured and are risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves P'Jani Diamonds to when it arrives at your door.

  • Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! Here are our terms and conditions:

1. P'Jani Diamonds offers free shipping to eligible countries for orders above US $500. Orders below US $500 are charged US $40 each.

2. Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in the country of import.

  • Which shipping companies do you use?

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and DHL for all orders. In rare cases, we use USPS for US orders only.

  • How long does delivery take once an order is placed?

The estimated delivery date is based on the product ordered by you. Please check the Estimated Delivery Day on our product page and cart page before placing the final order.

Please note: You can change the delivery option on the cart page if you need it sooner. Additionally, you may contact our customer service team via phone or e-mail for further assistance.

  • Why is my order getting delayed?

Natural calamities or bad weather conditions may delay or postpone deliveries.

In some rare cases, your package might be delayed due to quality check failure. Please contact our customer service team for the revised delivery date.

In the case of APO, FPO, DPO addresses, the shipments are done through the US Post Office and can take up to three weeks to arrive.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Due to the regulations of our payment processors, we are no longer able to change the delivery address after receiving the order.

  • What if I am not available when the order is delivered?

Before the shipment is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification from the carrier. In case you are not available, the delivery will be reattempted the next day depending on the Carrier.

  • What if my package is lost during shipment?

All our packages are fully insured. We will take responsibility if your package is lost in transit. It generally takes 8-10 working days for the carrier to investigate and declare the package lost.

Meanwhile, you may contact our customer service team and inform them about your package, and they will help you get your item remade and shipped as soon as it is ready.

  • How can you ensure safe and secure delivery?

Every item is fully insured. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

For added security, an adult signature is required for all P'Jani Diamonds items/orders.

Please note that as per COVID-19 no-contact guidelines, the delivery personnel will be placing the package at your doorstep.

  • Where is my order?

To know the status of your order, you can check the Carrier website for tracking or use the Route application for real-time tracking. 

If the estimated delivery date has passed (this may happen during extremely busy times) and you still haven’t received the package, we request you to wait for a few more days. Our carriers are always making sure that your orders reach you on time. Please continue to check for the latest updates using your tracking link.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Shipping will not be done to PO boxes or similar addresses.

  • How Secure is Your Site?

In this age, security MUST be taken seriously. P'Jani Diamonds website is protected by industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption. This is equivalent to the encryption used by larger banks, meaning your data is completely secure. Additionally, we will never sell or distribute your personal information to anyone.
